This saga appears in the manuscript known as the Book of Lismore, in Chatsworth House, Derbyshire, starting in f. 201r, column a, line 1, beginning Ar tabhuirtt. chatha Comuir 7 chatha Gabra 7 chatha Ollarbha 7 ar ndhithugadh na Feindi.
This manuscript also contains a shorter version of the saga, known as An Agallamh Bheag, starting in f. 134v, column a, line 1, beginning Feacht. noen. dorala. Oissin. 7 Cailti. a nDun Clithair oc Sliabh Crott. A digital image of this manuscript is available at: Irish Script on Screen.

Fragments of this saga appear in the manuscript Laud Misc. 610 in the Bodleian Library, Oxford, starting in f. 123r, beginning Fer Muman andes 7 ro boí ac denam tshelga laithi naen annso (l. 2044 in Stokes’ edition). A digital image of this manuscript is available at: Bodleian Library, Oxford
